I earned my Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from the University of San Francisco in 2025. My graduate training focused on supporting elementary-aged children and their families through anxiety, depression, trauma, and other challenges. I also facilitated groups to strengthen emotional regulation, social skills, and creative problem-solving, often using art and metaphor to make skills more engaging and memorable.

I am drawn to CBT because it is both clear and deeply hopeful. It offers practical tools that bring relief in the present, while also uncovering the “why” behind distress and helping clients shift the patterns that keep it in place. I value its structured, evidence-based approach for the clarity and progress it brings, and I pair that with a warm, collaborative style that adapts to each client’s needs. For me, CBT is about turning understanding into momentum for meaningful change.

At the Santa Rosa Center for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I am receiving intensive training in the treatment of anxiety disorders—including Social Anxiety Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Panic Disorder, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, and Specific Phobias—as well as Insomnia and Habit Disorders such as skin picking and hair pulling.

As a Sonoma County native and mother to two young children, I bring a grounded and adaptable approach shaped by leadership experience in wellness, education, and residential mental health. I am a registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist working toward licensure under the supervision of Litsa Tanner, MFT, and a member of the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists. I continue to grow my skills through ongoing workshops, trainings, and professional development.
